Job description:

The office assistant will be reporting to our Head of operations. 

In this role, you are expected to support internal functions and office administration. You will also be supporting senior management/directors at Baker Tilly.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the reception desk & and main office telephone line
  • Document & mail management & scanning
  • Preparation & maintenance of client files and KYC docs
  • Office management
  • Collection/Delivery of documents
  • Assisting Directors with internal management matters
  • Personal assistant to the Directors
  • General office tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Good organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good+ level of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Languages: English & Spanish
  • Personable & friendly
  • Presentable
  • Energetic
  • Motivated
  • Punctual
  • Own transport, licensed & insured - Motorbike
